August has acquired skills in construction and the inspection field for the last decade allowing him to effectively evaluate a property to ensure clients are satisfied with their inspection needs. Taking great pride in his customer service, he strives for excellence with every interaction. His friendly and information personality brightens the experience for everyone involved.
Starting in residential construction, August remodeled homes in the greater Land Park and Curtis Park areas of Sacramento, CA. Having hands-on experience from the process of constructing a property from the ground up greatly benefits his knowledge as an inspector. After some time, he transitioned into commercial construction as a project manager working on various large scale facilities such as distribution warehouses and bank remodels across California.
Since 2016, August has performed over 3,400 residential property inspections for clients and agents around California. He currently holds the ASHI certification from the American Society of Home Inspectors along with numerous other certifications keeping him well-informed and up-to-date on current health and safety codes and standards. Continuing education through these programs allows August the opportunity to grow with the ever-changing industry.
In his free time, August enjoys drumming on the worship team for his local church, spending quality time with friends and family, taking adventurous hikes with his wife and daughters, and growing in his faith.
